The One with the sports updates

Today's updates is all on sports.

1. Tennis: Tennis Glamour Queen finally breaks the Clijsters jinx by beating her in the final of Acura Classic at San Diego. It's a Tier 1 tournament, so she earned 300 points for the WTA Ranking points. After 5 meetings, Glamour queen still trailing Clijsters 1-4 in H2H.

2. Tennis: This week is the Rogers Masters Series in Canada and my fav. Nadal will be back in action after 3 weeks of rest. Lurking ahead in the draw is the world number 5, James Blake. That would be a cracker!

3. Swimming: Brendan Hensen improves his own 200m breastroke record by setting a new world record. This is the second world record after he smashed the 100m breaststroke. We'll see how his rival Kosuke Kitajima deal with that. Afterall, Kitajima used to own Hensen. hmm..

4. Formula 1: British Jenson Button finally breaks the duck by winning the Hungarian Grand Prix. It was an exciting race with both title contenders, Alonso and Schumacher failed to finish the race. Anyone noticed Button's wide eye afther the win? Annoying indeed. He'll be cockier than ever!
