The One with her first match at Rod Laver Arena

Her first match in 3 years at the Rod Laver Arena impressed her rivals. In her first Grand Slam match, she outplayed and outclassed a former world number 9, Vera Zvonavera with straight set games. Watch it on Star Sports and noticed that her ball placement is still the same during her years. It’s as if she’d never been away for 3 years. Watching her play is like watching a chess game. The crisp volley, top spin lob, the disguised backhand and her drop shot, were all used to devastating effect.
Today she will play in the second round and I have to make do with the internet live match coverage from the site.
